Pieta Logistics provides freight transportation services across the USA. Our fleet of trucks ensures timely and secure delivery of your goods.
Pricing is determined based on distance, weight, and type of goods. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Pieta Logistics' liability is limited to the value of the goods as declared by the customer. We are not responsible for any consequential damages.
While we take utmost care in handling your goods, we recommend additional insurance for high-value items.
While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic may cause delays. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Certain items are prohibited from transport, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and live animals. Please consult with us if you're unsure about your items.
Any claims for damaged or lost goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.
